What is Reiki?
Reiki is a healing energy that comes directly from the highest spiritual source. It is divinely guided and knows where to go and what to do. The Reiki therapist works with the energy, allowing it to flow into areas of the body that are in need. When Reiki is applied, it brings about deep relaxation and a sense of well being. Reiki is a simple, natural method that anyone can learn and utilize. Reiki works in conjunction with all other medical and therapeutic techniques to promote recovery. When doing Reiki, the practitioner also receives healing energy, since the energy flows through his or her body. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion.
